Job Shadow Experience

École St. Mary High School provides students with a day long Job Shadow experience through cooperation with local employers. Employers contribute by accommodating students in an observational role or hands-on participation in the working environment of their workplace. This activity further serves to develop students’ awareness of career options and facilitates objectives associated with our school’s Career Development Program.

Students are encouraged to complete the Research: Information Interview Questionnaire sheet and place it into their career portfolio.

After the Job Shadow Experience, students must have the supervising adult complete the Job Shadow Assessment and return it to the school.
