Request for Transcripts

Grade 12 students who are planning to attend a Post Secondary Institution will need their high school transcripts sent by the Ministry of Education.

To Request Transcripts:

Step 1. ***** Students must give the high school a non-school email address before attempting to access transcripts. (See guidance or the main office.)

Step 2. Follow the instructions at the government site: High School or Adult 12 Transcripts (Only Available Online) available at

https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/education-and-learning/credits-degrees-and-transcripts/requesting-transcripts-for-high-school

** Transcript Fees: There is a $15 non-refundable “share credit” fee (per recipient). The share credit allows you to view your transcript and/or share it with an education organization or a third party. Once shared, the receiver will have access to the transcript, including all new marks and updates, until such time as access is revoked. You will be able to view your shared transcript until any changes are made. To view the updated transcript yourself, a new share credit will need to be purchased. Most students still earning credits will need one share credit for themselves and one for each recipient.

** Payment Method: Secure online payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards that have the three or four-digit CVC number on the back of the card. Your payment card will contain a charge called “MYCREDS|MESCERTIF”.
