This event will be held on Monday, November 3rd, 2014 at TCU Place in Saskatoon. Students will have the opportunity to explore educational opportunities, examine career paths, and plan vocational goals. Over 120 exhibitors will participate. The U of S, U of R, SIAST, Lakeland College, Sask Apprenticeship, Canadian Forces and First Nations University will be at St. Mary High School on Thursday, October 30th. presentations will be held during Period 2 and Period 3. Students may sign up in their English classes starting October 20th, or see a guidance counsellor in Student Services. Presenters will also have booths set up in the Commons over the lunch hour.

Grade 12 students who are interested in attending the U of S next year are invited to attend the U of S Open House on Friday, October 3rd. This is a great way to explore the campus and faculties, meet university staff and faculty, and speak with current students about the U of S experience. Students must register themselves online at http://explore.usask.ca/tours_and_events/ Please see Mrs. Rapin in Student Services once you had signed up, or if you have any questions.

RE/MAX is offering sixteen $1000 bursaries to Grade 12 students. This program recognizes the success and ongoing pursuits of Western Canadian students who demonstrate leadership and community contribution initiatives. The Loran Award seeks to recognize students who demonstrate character, leadership, and commitment and service to the community. Up to 30 Loran Awards are available (maximum $80,000).
