The event will be on the U of S campus on Friday, November 15th from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. Students will learn what an engineer does, why engineering is about more than math and science, and why employers want to hire USask engineers. As well, students will experience hands-on activities; discussions with engineering students, current engineers, and our professors; a building tour; and a sample engineering lecture from an award-winning professor. Guidance counsellors, parents, and other advisors are invited to attend a special question-and-answer session to learn more about USask Engineering. You can learn more and register at https://engineering.usask.ca/events-calendar/2019/11/what-is-engineering-2019.php or contact the Engineering Student Centre at 306-966-5274 or esc@usask.ca.
