Grade 12 students who have registered to attend the U of S this fall will have the opportunity to meet with a U of S Academic Advisor on Thursday, May 29th. The advisor will be at the school from 9:00 a.m. to 3:25 p.m. The advisor will assist with course selection and answer any other questions you may have. Students must sign up by Tuesday, May 27th to meet with the advisor. Please see Mrs. McLeod in Student Services to book an appointment.

On Tuesday, April 15^th Christine Nemish from SIAST will be in the St. Mary High School Commons during Parent/Teacher/Student interviews from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. to meet with interested students and parents about the admission process and programs at SIAST.

A U of S Prince Albert Campus Counselor will be at St. Mary High School in the Commons on Tuesday, April 15^th and Wednesday, April 16^th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. during Parent/Teacher/Student Interviews. Joanne Marchand, U of S Prince Albert Campus Counselor, will answer admission questions and provide information about course selections etc.

If you are planning on attending university in the national capital region (Ottawa) in the fall of 2014 you may be interested in applying to the House of Commons Page Program. St. Thomas More College (STM) is a Catholic liberal arts college that is federated with the University of Saskatchewan. Their students are U of S Arts & Science students and STM students at the same time. Their classes are U of S credit classes. Each year at the St. Mary High School Commencement Exercises ONE St. Mary High School graduate that has registered through STM is eligible for the Les and Irene Dube Service & Justice Scholarship valued at $2,000.

Re/Max is offering sixteen $1000 bursaries to grade 12 students in Western Canada. Students are to submit an online essay that conveys the contributions they have made to their communities: have you led a group of volunteers, raised funds for a worthwhile cause, helped special needs children or cared for seniors?
