Request for Grade 12 Transcripts

Grade 12 students who are planning to attend a Post-Secondary Institution in September 2015 will need their high school transcripts sent by the Ministry of Education. You may order your transcript online by going to www.education.gov.sk.ca/transcripts Please see Mrs. Rapin in Student Services if you have any questions.

University of Alberta Academic Excellence Scholarship

If you have a final admission average of 90% or higher and are planning to enter the U of A in September 2015, you are guaranteed to receive $1,000 or more. Please go to admissions.ualberta.ca and click on ‘money matters’.

National Union of Public and General Employee Scholarships ($1500)

This scholarship is open to grade 12 students who are planning on attending a post-secondary education institution full-time in 2015 – 2016 and who are the children, grandchildren or foster children of a NUPGE member. Please see a counselor in Student Services or go to www.nupge.ca/scholarships for information and application forms for The Tommy Douglas Scholarship, The Terry Fox Memorial Scholarship, The Scholarship for Aboriginal Canadians, and The Scholarship for Visible minorities. The deadline to apply is July 6th, 2015.

Opening Doors to Tomorrow

This career fair will be held on Wednesday, October 29th, 2014 at P. A. Exhibition Centre. Over 50 exhibitors will be in attendance. Students who are interested in going should sign up with Mr. Gaumond in Student Services.

Agriculture Student Scholarship

For Grade 12 students considering a career in agriculture, the Ministry of Agriculture offers one scholarship valued at $4,000 and three runner-up scholarships valued ae $2,000. Students must be entering agriculture – related studies. The deadline to submit an application is March 1, 2015. See Our Future – Education and Career Fair

Students will have the opportunity to explore educational opportunities, examine career paths, and plan vocational goals. Over 120 exhibitors will participate.
