Two $2,500 scholarships are awarded to graduating Saskatchewan high school students who remain in Saskatchewan in post-secondary study. Recipients are selected on the basis of demonstrating good character, community leadership, financial need, and a 500-word essay. The application deadline is August 31st, 2013. Students who are attending a Saskatchewan-based post-secondary program that is associated with the Pulse Industry or Agriculture (example: Natural Sciences, Engineering, Nutrition, Agriculture) and have a parent who is a registered pulse producer may apply for one of five scholarships valued at $5000. Grade 12 students who have enrolled in a university or college program may apply for the Les Donnelly Scholarship. Applicants must submit their responses to the eligibility questions along with their application. The deadline to submit applications is May 31st, 2013. The CMA High School Scholarship is available to one graduating high school student who is entering Edwards School of Business at the U of S or the Faculty of Business Administration at the U of R. The scholarship will be awarded to the student with the highest average in Grade 12. The application deadline is July 31st, 2013. Please see a counselor in Student Services for application details.

The Sasktel Scholarship is available to Grade 12 students with an average of 75% or higher who are planning to attend a program directly related to telecommunications at a post-secondary institution in Saskatchewan. The deadline to apply is March 31st, 2013. Any student who is planning to attend university in the fall of 2013 and will be studying in the area of Science, technology, Engineering, or mathematics, may be interested in being nominated for this scholarship.
