Bobby Bird Memorial Awards: Grade 7 – Grade 12

Eligible First Nations students from the 12 member nations of Prince Albert Grand Council may apply for this award. One student each from Grade 7-12 will be recognized and honored for achievements and academic success for the 2025-2026 academic year. The awards are based on the following eight categories using a point system.

          -Academic achievement            -Effort
-Attendance                                -Athletics
-First Nation Language              -Special talent/Activities
-Traditional Cultural Skills        -Community Services

** Teachers and guidance counselors are to submit names of nominees along with the following information: Official Entry form; Grade/marks; Attendance Records; a letter of support from a teacher, guidance counsellor or administrator; and a personal letter from the nominee.
