U of S Open House on September 29th

Any student who wants to attend the University of Saskatchewan Open House on Friday, September 29th, 2017 needs to preregister online at explore.usask.ca Throughout the day, students will

  • Explore the campus and faculties
  • Take part in hands-on activities
  • Meet University staff and faculty
  • Speak with current students about the U of S experience

After registering, please see Mrs. Rapin or Mrs. Dauk in Student Services if you want to book a spot on the bus.

U of R Admission on the Spot

U of R will once again be hosting an Admission on the Spot event on February 16th at the University of Regina from 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Students who submit their unofficial transcripts, with an application, at the event will receive a discounted ($70) application fee and a free pair of limited-edition U of R mittens!

The Faculty of Education will also be offering a TEAP Application Workshop at 4:30 p.m. this same evening. Details are available online at https://urconnected.uregina.ca/

U of R Entrance Scholarship Application Workshops

U of R will be having four  Entrance Scholarship Application Workshops on campus.  All workshops will be located in the main Archer Library, Regina Room (LY 107.32):

Wednesday, February 15th from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday, February 21st from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 2nd from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Monday, March 6th 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

SASK POLYTECH INSIGHT

INSIGHT events provide an opportunity for prospective students to experience a Sask Polytech program first hand. These half-day events on Wednesday, November 16th will provide insight into a specific program, student life, campus atmosphere, admission requirements, and the application process. U of S Nursing Presentation

SaskPolytech Information Evenings

This event is happening in all campus cities – Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Regina and Saskatoon on Thursday, October 20, 2016 starting at 6:30 pm.  Registration is required and individuals can register online or contact the Student Recruitment Advisor at the campus of your choice.

U of S Open House

Students who are interested in attending the University of Saskatchewan can attend an open house on Friday, September 30th. Students need to register online at www.usask.ca Students must also see Mrs. Rapin in Student Services if they want to travel with the school and have their absence school approved. The deadline to register is Tuesday, September 27th at 3:30 p.m.

Sask Polytechnic Evening Information Session

The information session will be held on Tuesday, March 15 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in all campus cities.

Rotary Club Adventures in Citizenship 2016

The Rotary Club of Ottawa presents “Adventures in Citizenship 2016”, from May 1 – May 4, 2016 in Ottawa, Ontario for students ages 16 – 18. This annual event provides a unique opportunity for a selected group of 200 young Canadians to come together and gain a better understanding of our country. Through meetings with political leaders, senior officials and others, they learn a great deal about the workings of our democratic institutions. Through meeting one another and having discussions among themselves, they learn to appreciate the diversity of Canada and the privileges and responsibilities of citizenship. Encounters With Canada
